Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring they are free of pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized courier partner location or schedule a home pickup through our app.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
